Charles R. Horton - President
Over 32 years of program management, business area management, systems engineering,
product and systems development experience. Prior to forming GS&C, he held a
number of top management, engineering management and design engineering positions at
RCA’s aerospace and commercial/ consumer electronics divisions. Mr. Horton is an
experienced and respected leader in a wide range of R&D projects, spacecraft systems,
state-of-the-art analog and digital recording, remote sensing and reconnaissance systems,
image processing / display systems, electro-mechanical and electro-optic products and
subsystems, consumer product development, and manufacturing operations. His expertise also
extends to program and business management.
